Welcome to the GigGuyz ecosystem, operated by GIGGUYZ SERVICES LLP. By accessing our web platform, the GigGuyz Client App, or the GigGuyz Partner App, you legally agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms & Conditions.

            Platform Declaration: GigGuyz is exclusively a B2B technology infrastructure designed to aggregate and connect independent enterprise clients (Caterers, Event Planners, Film Producers) with independent on-demand shift workers. GigGuyz is not an employer of any Partner utilizing this platform.
        

1. User Authorization & Verification

To uphold the absolute integrity of our ecosystem, all participating entities must undergo strict automated verification:

Clients: Must supply legitimate, verifiable business credentials (such as GST or corporate registration) prior to authorizing gig postings.
Partners: Must complete government-level ID verification (e.g., automated Aadhaar KYC via our SDK) to unlock gig acceptance. The creation of fraudulent profiles or "Ghost Workers" will result in an immediate, permanent network ban.

2. Financial Logistics & Payments

GigGuyz enforces a highly transparent, automated financial model designed to protect all parties:

Zero-Deduction Worker Policy: The GigGuyz platform commission is billed entirely to the Client as a separate operational fee. It is absolutely never deducted from the Partner's agreed-upon gig earnings.
QR Code Settlement (Offline Payouts): For shifts concluding with direct cash payouts, utilizing the in-app QR scanner is mandatory. A successful end-of-shift QR scan serves as cryptographic confirmation that the exact cash payment has been successfully transferred to the Partner. It is not merely an attendance marker.

3. Geolocation & Attendance Integrity

To ensure operational fairness and eliminate billing fraud for our Clients, GigGuyz requires background location tracking for Partners solely during active, scheduled shift hours.

Live spatial coordinates are mapped to process automated "Absent Claims" and cryptographically verify the Partner's physical presence at the designated venue.
Failure to authorize device location permissions, or any attempt to spoof GPS coordinates, triggers automated gig cancellation and potential ecosystem suspension.

4. Liability Limitation & Dispute Scope

As a matching and verification facilitator, GIGGUYZ SERVICES LLP assumes no liability for the specific quality of manual labor provided by Partners, nor do we accept liability for physical workplace injuries, localized disputes, or property damage occurring at the client venue. Any conflicts arising from physical on-site tasks must be resolved directly between the Client and the Partner. GigGuyz will strictly intervene only in disputes regarding platform technology failures, validated payment discrepancies, or verified identity fraud.

5. Amendments & Legal Contact
