Data Task Privacy & Consent

1. The Anonymous Digital Mask

When you complete a data task (such as drawing a bounding box, transcribing audio, or ranking AI responses), your personal identity is never attached to the final dataset. Instead, we utilize an advanced security measure known as Cryptographic Hashing.

• No Personal Identifiers: You are represented in our data systems by a secure, randomized digital mask (e.g., a Ghost Hash like WK-a1b2...).
• Client Blindness: Enterprise clients who utilize this AI training data receive only the label and the hash. They never have access to your name, phone number, email, banking details, or GigGuyz profile.

2. Principle of Least Privilege (Permissions)

We designed the Data Task module to operate in a highly restricted environment. We only access what is strictly necessary for the exact second you are working. Google Play reviewers and our Partners should note our strict adherence to data minimization:

• No Background Tracking: This specific module does not require or request background GPS location tracking.
• Hardware Restrictions: Audio transcription tasks only output sound to you; the module never activates or listens to your microphone.
• Secure, Expiring Media: All task media is served through heavily encrypted, temporary cloud links. These links self-destruct automatically to prevent unauthorized downloads or data scraping.
• Proprietary Asset Protection: We employ active screen-recording protection during tasks to safeguard our clients' proprietary AI assets, ensuring data flows securely in only one direction.

3. Quality Assurance & "Shadow Mode"

Because the world's leading tech companies rely on this data to train sophisticated AI models, accuracy is non-negotiable. We maintain a fair but rigorous automated quality control system.

• Verification Tasks: We seamlessly blend standard tasks with hidden "verification" tasks where the correct answer is already known by our system.
• The Trust Score: Consistently accurate work builds your internal Trust Score. Conversely, submitting random, rushed, or incorrect data will lower it.
• Shadow Mode: If your accuracy falls below our platform threshold, your account temporarily enters Shadow Mode. This acts as a probationary period where your payout rates are reduced until your accuracy improves. This data is kept strictly internal to manage ecosystem quality and is never shared externally.

4. The Right to be Forgotten (Cryptographic Severing)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of 2023, you have the fundamental right to request the deletion of your personal data. We take this a step further with a concept we call Cryptographic Severing.

If you choose to delete your GigGuyz account, your personal profile (name, contacts, financial data) is permanently erased. Simultaneously, the unique key that links your profile to your anonymous Ghost Hash is destroyed.

Think of it like writing a book under a pen name, and then permanently destroying the only document that proves you are the author. While the anonymous data labels you previously submitted will remain in the dataset to continue helping the AI, it becomes mathematically impossible for anyone—including GigGuyz—to trace that data back to you.

5. Granular, Explicit Consent

We do not rely on hidden clauses or blanket approvals for your data. Before submitting any individual AI task, you are required to explicitly acknowledge and check a consent box. By doing so, you grant GigGuyz the legal permission to process that exact, specific data submission in accordance with this policy and the DPDP Act 2023.
